    The Truffle Trailer is open Friday to Sunday, 11 AM – 3 PM, serving our signature truffle & three-cheese toasties and golden truffle fries.

    Inside, Discover the Granite Belt’s newest hub for wine, food, and community.

    Set in a beautifully restored 99-year-old church in Ballandean, The Church: Local Wine Project brings together the region’s finest wineries, producers, and artisans under one roof.

    Our hand-made, locally sourced truffle products are also available seven days a week 11AM - 5PM.

  • Paddock to Plate Experience

    Join us for an intimate tour of the truffière, where you’ll stroll amongst the trees and uncover the secrets of how truffles are grown, hunted, and harvested.

    Following the tour, we invite you to The Church: Local Wine Project, just down the road to indulge in a grazing platter featuring our favourite truffle creations, local produce, followed by one of our signature Truffle & Three-Cheese Toasties served with crispy truffle fries - all while enjoying your own personally curated wine tasting of the Granite Belt’s finest wines.

Truffle Hunts - 2026 Season has Closed

Join our mailing list for 2027 to join us as we follow the truffle dogs through the truffière, where you’ll wander amongst the trees and uncover fresh truffles hidden beneath the trees.

After the tour, we invite you to join us for a tasting of our favourite local produce and of course fresh truffle as you enjoy a hands-on, sensory feast! Stop by The Church and grab a bottle of wine to enjoy with lunch to elevate your Granite Belt gourmet experience.
