A Taste of Truffle

The ultimate paddock-to-plate experience - Maple will take you on a tour of the truffière to walk amongst the trees and see where the magic happens. All your questions will be answered as we discuss the lifecycle of the truffle, to the harvest process and everything in between. After showing you where and how our truffles are grown, the tour concludes at the truffle cottage, where you can join Maple in a hands-on demonstration cooking a simple truffle pasta. You grate the cheese, stir your truffle butter, savour the aroma of farm-grown black truffle and enjoy!

If you want to learn more about this prized ingredient, or taste it for the first time, this intimate event is one you can’t miss. Truffle season may only be short, but this is an ultimate culinary experience that will give you a truffle hit, and leave you longing for next winter…

Tours commence at 11AM, and are approximately 2 hours in duration. B.Y.O. Wine/Beer. Numbers are limited to 8 people to ensure a personal experience where everyone leaves with a taste of truffle!
